I was impressed with the knowledge and work ethic that Mr Illman demonstrated while putting in my sound system.
I had 6 remotes and couldn't work my system. Bert Illman came and worked his magic and now I have one remote that does everything I want and need. Once I couldn't remember how to do something and I just called him and he walked me througt it on the phone. Great company!!!!
