Giving them a one star, only because it won't allow zero stars! Worst company EVER to deal with!!!! Don't ever call them for ANYTHING!! They installed my new furnace and hot water heater two years ago, and it's not ever worked properly. Ha...d the owner come out more than once and every time he had a different reason as what the problem was. Today he said he'd be out to look at it and never showed up. When we contacted him he hung up on my husband and I four times. Says he'll be out tomorrow. Not holding my breath! Customers BEWARE, go to a real company that will take care of you and treat you like a valued customer. $8000 in his pocket and he ran to the bank laughing.
