Custom Dwellings has done a few things at my house over the past year and a half. They have done minor work, like putting in a new conduit and dealing with drainage problems, and major work, like roof repairs.

They are always quick to respond, to get onsite, and to get the work started. They also have good communication about when they will start, what they will be doing, and when they will be finished.

I think very highly of the work Custom Dwellings has done. Their service is very complete. Even if Russell can't do something himself he will recommend someone who can. If we don't want to deal with it, he will even manage it for us. Russell is a great single source for our work, and he is a good resource.
