I have been thoroughly impressed by A-1 United since purchasing a new furnace/heat pump sytem about 3 years ago. I meant to send a letter of appreciation then, but procrastinated, so here it is now.
My old furnace "crashed" and was condemned on a very cold winter Friday. I called 3 furnace companies and had appointments with them on Saturday. A-1's price was in the middle, but the size of their company, the Lennox name, AND ESPECIALLY the excellent customer care of their salesman convinced me to go with A-1. I have never (in my 65 years) been so impressed with a salesman before. He was never "pushy", but instead, he listened to my needs and concerns and matched me up with the product that fit my needs. AND he arranged a temporary furnace hook-up THAT EVENING to keep my house warm until the new one was installed. All this was done on his weekend "days off". Who was there that evening to see that the temporary furnace was up and running? ONE VERY GOOD SALESMAN. And who was there on Monday when the installers arrived - to show them where and what special things needed to be done to fill my needs? You guessed it. And he was back near the end of the installation to be sure I was satisfied. I have NEVER felt so "cared for" as a customer in my life. He has to be one of the world's best salesmen!
All the other A-1 Employees I have had contact with have had good customer relations, also. The installers, the schedulers, and the service men have all been friendly and helpful and glad to answer my questions.
I have had nothing but a very good impression of A-1 United - due greatly to their excellent salesman.
