My total experience with A-1 United Heating and Air was not perfect, but that's related to the office, and not the service man. The service man, Dwayne, was exemplary. However, it was frustrating to first call the office to order parts that needed to be replaced, then, when the work needed to be done, the parts were not in stock, and we had to repeat the ordering process all over again. But again, there was more to my experience than that. I still really think very highly of the service man, Dwayne, and the quality of his work.
