On the coldest day of the year, our furnace breaks down. We called Gorjanc and they sent out Mark. Mark was very professional by the way he presented himself and the service he provided. Mark gave me several options on resolving our heating issues. I felt that he was very honest and up front. I appreciate the fact that Mark did not pressure me in any way.
