M & Z Carpets did a wonderful job. They were very courteous. We went in and met Sally, who was very considerate. She walked around with us and gave us the best assistance she could. When we were through with the walk, she got a chair for my wife to sit in (she has a cane). The way they treated us couldn't have been any better.

The floor M & Z Carpets put in for us is beautiful. The men who put it in for us were very professional. They ripped off the top layer of the old floor and found that it wasn't necessary to go any deeper because the layer beneath it was already very good. They saved us over $400.

They didn't have to tell us about the floor, but they did. They could have just gone ahead and done it, and we wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't. It was a very nice thing for those guys to do, and the savings was incredible.
