I used Advocate Inspections in May 2011 and was completely satisfied with the inspection. Bruce made a point to answer all my questions during the inspection process. He had great customer service. I was also frankly amazed at how informative the inspection report was, and how quickly it was produced. The report contained many details, including clear photographs specifically highlighting all the problem areas mentioned in the report. I would use this service again if purchasing another house.
