Advocate Inspections was recommended to me by a co-worker who knew I was in the process of buying a house. I contacted Bruce through the website and he was very open and willing to work with us on our time table.

We met him at the house, and he was already working and doing an outside inspection. He took time to explain issues he had found outside, and why he would be putting them into the report, to be thorough he told us. He did the same on the inside of the house with us.

When he was done, we sat down with him and he went over the pictures he had taken and explained everything. I don't have any experience with inspections, so I thought this was really good information and it was a good process.

Recently, we closed on the house. I was very thankful for all of the information he gave us. We were able to get a few things fixed from his report. Plus, it's good information to have, like a road map for things we might want to fix in the future. His reports are very long, but he does a really thorough job for his customers. I've already handed out his card to a few friends of mine looking to buy houses.
