We had called tons of other companies, like five different people, before we hit Metro Lock & Safe. All the others were saying that they couldn't get there that day or had a $50 fee just to come out, so it was great that Metro just came out and said that if they can't do it there wouldn't be any charge, and they were able to come out that same day. That was what I needed, and it was really good.
