Friendly workers, work was not the best.

He came in, did the job fast, and was very nice. The work was not that great though. I had a cat that had been sick, and pointed out specific areas I wanted him to clean. I noticed about a month later that those areas had yellowed. I have had my carpets cleaned before and that has never happened.

Mrs. Harvey is a repeat customer. Several years have passed since we were there and cat urine oxidized the carpet fibers turning them yellow. She was advised that while the soil could be removed, there might be stains under the soil that would remain because they are permanent.
