Review: I've had a tremendous experience with Lipton's Audio Video Unlimited. I visited them when I was building a new audio/visual area in my home. I was given a quote by another retailer that I was dissatisfied with, and went to Lindsay to see what he could do for me. Lipton's has been in the area a long time, and are known as the place to go if you want products that are above the basic consumer level. I went in with my budget and Lindsay gave me a solution that I'm still blown away by.
During the installation there were several contractors present, and the Lipton's crew worked very well with my designer. Lindsay continuously monitored prices throughout the process, and was able to suggest better equipment as the prices changed. In the end, I received a higher quality system than I originally anticipated, and they still came in under budget.
From start to close, I was impressed with the quality and enthusiasm of the Lipton's staff. I could tell that they really enjoyed putting everything together for me. Some of these guys are seriously in to the technology, and that makes quite a difference. They spend the time to find out about your specific needs and interests, so that they can put your money where the value is. It's a great, personal service, and they are very willing to work with your budget.
Lipton's is very local, so I know that if I have a problem I won't have to wait a long time to have it resolved. I should add, however, than I haven't had a single issue. I have already been back to them for additional items, and will definitely continue our relationship.
