Concept Electronics, Inc. was very cooperative and did an outstanding job. However, we had a lot of road bumps. The reason why they got a five on customer service was that they were always there to fix the problems. They never let anything sit idly. It's just that I'd rather have them right the first or second time but I believe it was the fault of the products. There were a lot of glitches in the programming when they were installing, including in the outdoor system, and eventually they had to replace it with another product. Like I said, the problems came up with the products provided. Concept Electronics did an outstanding job. It was just frustrating when they didn't get it right the first or second time.

You can always reach Concept Electronics, even during the weekend or on weeknights. They were always able to fix the problem and everyone on their team was great. Every single one of them was responsive.
