I was having trouble with the hot water with my kitchen sink--it would take forever to warm up, and then would only come out in a trickle. The plumber that I had been using for years and years wasn't able to get it working properly, and thought they might have to replace the pipes. My house was built in 1948, so I knew the pipes were old, but I wanted to get a second opinion first.

I was referred to Duncan Plumbing by another contractor. They came out, and the first thing the serviceman did was drain the hot water tank, which I knew hadn't been drained in 15 years. That didn't work, and so he tried replacing the faucet. This finally did the trick, and it's fantastic--the best thing I ever did. The serviceman answered all my questions, and was very courteous throughout the process. I was so happy to get the new faucet.
