We have Pharo check our AC and furnace annually and this time the furnace needed repair. Based on its age and because we could get a much more efficient unit we opted to replace it, and Pharo was here with the new one the next day, and had it installed in a few hours. The guys were great and they left the place cleaner than when they got here. The only thing that could be better is if last years bigger Federal energy credits were still in place :)
