Everything went very smoothly when having Pharo install our new heating and air conditioning system. From their first visit to give us an estimate, all the way through arranging payment at the end of the installation, everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The way I see it we received a price about the same as others offered, but service probably several notches above what others would have provided. The system has worked great since being installed over a month ago--would recommend to anyone considering heating/ac work.
