Purchased furnace and air conditioner combo from Pharo a dozen years ago. We have had nothing but fast, efficient and excellent service on every occasion when we needed to call them for a problem. Although the need for such calls has been limited due to the excellent quality of the equipment itself, they have always gone 'above and beyond' in responding to our needs quickly...even coming in less than an hour following a late night call for a furnace outage during one winter.
