On the Spot Truck Repair hasn't always been something I would rate the way I did. I used them a whole bunch in the past, then didn't use them for a little while while they did some changing of hands. There are a couple of core guys there who know what they're doing. I try to get hold of them or of the manager who is running the place now. His name is Tom, and he's really on top of it.

On the Spot's guys were on top of things this morning. We had no idea what the problem was, and they were able to find it, fix it, and salvage our whole day because we were able to use the truck. I really like the management. Ben on the floor is great, too. He got me in this morning before they even opened.
