I took my Camry to TradeMark for their "free" brake check. I was fully expecting to get a report that I needed a set of brakes. I was pleaslantly surprised when Kenny explained that all I needed was to have the dust removed and that I still had plenty of life left on the brakes. You can bet I will take my car to him when I do need to replace them. He treated me with respect even when he knew I knew nothing about cars or brakes, and asked "odd" questions.
