Would definitely recommend, without hesitation.

I had them repair a spot where the master carpet meets the master bath tile. The carpet was coming up and I kept stepping on the tack strip through the carpet. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was acceptable - how great is that!?!), looked at my repair and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He even had a "Plan B" if that repair was not satisfactory.
