This is our second time using “Brandon” with Northern Arizona Carpet Repair and Cleaning (aka Phx Carpet Repair and Cleaning). Brandon calls 30 minutes before arrival, he explains everything he is going to do thoroughly. He stretched and repaired our problem area in the office and then cleaned and raked three rooms. He did a great job and is always pleasant to converse with and I feel comfortable having him in our home. The quote over the phone and email prior to the day of service was exactly what we paid. Definitely will keep using Northern Az Carpet Repair and Cleaning.
