It is important to get off to the right start, and our first meeting with their office staff was very beneficial. They sent us a pre-move letter with instructions on how to speed up the move and what to look out for, and it helped us immensely. The letter made the move go a lot smoother.

Having moved several times before, I was impressed with how well everything went. As happens, one item was broken, but it was really big and heavy and they will make it right. The movers worked at a very rapid pace. I got tired just watching them. And, they were very polite. They are just a great group.
