Professional service with excellent results.
Alan provided excellent advice during the walk through prior to cleaning and the staff who did the work were meticulous in detail. There were some areas of the carpeting with significant staining and they were completely cleaned off and looked like new.
There was good communications both before and after the work was done, as a way on ensuring customer satisfaction.
