I was in an accident and my insurance company recommended Holmes Body Shop to me. They postponed the dates my car would be ready, not once but twice! Also, the total cost was changed significantly after we had talked to them quite a few times. Had I known how much the final cost would be, I would have taken it somewhere else. The work was adequate, but I am not happy and would never go back!
