This was my first experience with Holmes Body Shop. I choose them mostly based on they are one of the three shops Allstate uses, the testimonials online were good and they are close by. However, I knew I was going to use Holmes once I started dealing with the guys there.

They knew what needed to be done and did it. The biggest thing for me was the way they took charge of the rental car and the insurance company for me. The guys inside were busy calling Enterprise for the rental, which was huge to me, I mean, that was one less phone call I had to make. Every thing was smooth. I am really glad it was a good experience, I didn't know anyone like that in the area, so it's nice to know they're there now.
