We were looking to refinance and wanted the BEST deal but never liked the idea of using brokers. Scott Fowler has changed my whole idea of brokers! I can't vouch for everyone of them out there but I can say that if you go with Scott and his team you will NOT be disappointed at all. They are great and very honest. Rigth before closing I checked around to see if anyone could beat the deal I was getting with Scott and no one came even close. I even had two other lenders ask me to fax over my GFE to see if I was missing something. All other lenders said they coudlnt' even meet what I was getting with Horizon. These guys know what they are doing. They are super curteous and very attentive to your needs and questions. I even had a question at our late night closing and called Scott at 8PM and he called me back within minutes to answer my question.
