I rented for 12pm but called on the day of and asked if it was ok to pick up an hour early. They said "no problem" and had the van ready and had me on the road a few minutes after I arrived. We rented a 15 passenger van to take 6 fathers and 6 daughters to a four day soccer tournament. The van was clean, had a big screen dvd player, and had plenty of room for 12 people and luggage. When divided 6 ways, it was cheaper than driving separately and a heck of a lot more fun! We will DEFINITELY rent again!!
