The Service Representative, Paul, met me at the door to do the estimate for me. He was amazing! He took the time to explain what it was they had to do. He'd say "it's going to take this long, because..." which I really, really appreciated.

They also facilitated me getting into a rental car quickly. They constantly stayed in touch and kept me updated with their progress which I thought was very nice. If I called, they'd get back with me within 24 hours. This was a great first experience and I would absolutely use them again!
