We had been sick for awhile, then everyone in our family started getting sick. Our carbon monoxide detector started to go off and we were very concerned. We have two kids living at home and our dogs too, we were afraid! We called Schneider One Hour because we needed them to fix our furnace. We asked if they could do a reading for carbon, unfortunately they told us they couldn't and that only the fire department could do that.

The tech from Schneider showed up and did the cleaning for us. It turned out that the other company we had used hadn't cleaned our furnace out, they didn't do the job we'd paid them for! He finished it quickly and we really noticed a difference almost immediately.

The only thing was that we didn't get the report until a couple of days later. We think that part could be a little faster. Otherwise, great job and we'd use them again!
