I was very impressed with the service I received at Northwest Carstar. They were very efficient, and had great interpersonal communication. The receptionist was very friendly, as well.

When I dropped off my car, they had a rental ready for me to take away. They did a great job repairing the front end damage I sustained in an accident, and when the work was complete, the car looked just as it had before. Working with Carstar was a positive experience.
