Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop offered services that I didn't know were possible. I dropped my car off as the insurance company instructed to have some hail damage repaired. I knew it would take a few days, so I mentioned to the receptionist that I would have to find a car rental place. She said, "Oh, we'll take care of all that for you!" They handled it and I got their discount.

The repairs were fine. Afterward, they vacuumed the interior of my car. It was great service!
