A friend of mine used extreme clean and recommended them to me. I decided to try them and I am happy I did. I had a really bad pet stain that I was worried that they would not be able to clean and they were able to clean it. My carpets look amazing. Even my husband was impressed (he was leery about it too). All pet stains gone...and all mud stains gone as well. The guy who came out was very patient with me since I did have a lot of questions and was extremely helpful. I will be using them again (in 6months) since I signed up for the "Stay Beautiful" program. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!!
