Excellent prices and prompt shipping.
Overall excellent parts and service.
However, the past two orders were not delivered to my shipping address as requested. Instead the parts went to the UPS store. I didn’t know this because I was out of town. Therefore, UPS returned the parts to Rock Auto and I was charged a $30+ for return shipping.
There was no phone number to reach Rock Auto.
I believe I am due a refund for shipping.
Also, in the future please be sure to ship to my address.
