in 13 years I have never returned a part I ordered. The manufacturer once in a while has not been totally accurate in their description. It is amazing when comparing with a local parts store they are 50%+ or more than Rock Auto. My purchases are for my aging fleet, 1996 being the newest and Rock Auto have the parts I need 90% of the time. I check their closeouts on older vehicles such as mine. Selling for great prices getting them out of their warehouses, off the shelves and reducing tax on existing inventory. Thank you Rock Auto !
