My wife and I made the decision to have a complete solar power system installed--not just a water heater--and it was a very complex project. The salesperson had a lot of good answers to my technical questions without confusing me, because I am not a solar power expert. He explained how it worked in a way that I could understand.

From start to finish, Diablo performed on the timeline that was set forth initially. The installers were very good--the best people I dealt with from the company. They were very friendly to my wife when they were working at my home, and did an excellent job. It was a positive experience, all around.
