I am without heat right now and have to get ready for work and leave my daughter home in the cold by herself. I have already hired the company to come out they "fixed" the problem not even two days later it is still broken. I have been told that if it isn't broken when they come thy can't fix it.

I am so frustrated and don't know what to do. There communication is terrible, the tech knows I am separated with my husband currently but continues to call him to reschedule. Finally last night I told them not to bother coming. They aren't confident that they can even fix the problem. If any knows of a company I can trust please let me know.
