Bullseye was initially recommended to me by my pool technician, Jason, owner or Reliable Pool Service. Then I checked for reviews online. There were many favorable reviews, but I was particularly impressed by the fact that Bullseye actually reads their reviews and responds to them accordingly, answering problems if there were any. I find this very conscientious and professional, so I made an appointment.
The technician, Vaughn, who did the inspection, was very professional: he was on time, neatly dressed and groomed, polite, calm, efficient, obviously knew what he was doing and was very pleasant. He got right to work, found the leak, checked all other possibilities, gave me an estimate for repairs, and then did a temporary repair for me. He went above what was necessary in answering my questions and giving me advice. I really couldn't have asked for better service. DianeB
