Hi Craig,

On January 15th, 2010, (it was a Friday night) I called you in a panic regarding a nonworking furnace at a rental property of mine. You came out as soon as you could with absolutely no complaint or attitude. WOW! That is so refreshing! Unfortunately, the part the furnace needed could not be gotten until Monday. We survived fine and you even offered heaters. Fortunately it was a decent weekend weather wise and all was well.
First thing that Monday, the 18th, your employee, I believe his name was Michael, was right out to finish the job. What a nice young man. He was so polite and courteous. He handled himself professionally. I felt completely comfortable around him. He wasted no time repairing the furnace and was on his way.
This was a good experience. I will continue to use your services when needed and recommend your company to anyone else who should have heating and/or cooling issues.
