The first time I had to call for service was Christmas day. My furnace had stopped working. I called they came over and found the problem and fixed it. The cost was really reasonable, and I didn't have to pay extra for it being a holiday.

The next time was this summer when it was hot and humid my air conditioning broke down. I called they came out fixed part of what was wrong which we all thought had fixed it completely, but when the air was turned on it didn't work. I called them back they came out again found the other part that was broken and fixed it that evening. Again with no extra charge for fixing it in the evening.

Now I have their service agreement so this fall they will check my furnace and in the spring my air conditioning to make sure everything is in working order.
