Overall, it was a positive experience and I appreciated the work they did do.

My experience with B & G Hardwood Flooring was good. They followed up on a half done floor, which turned out great. Except that they didn't fill in the holes before the put down the varnish. So it wouldn't stick once the varnish is down. Other than that, everything went well, and I would use them again, I would just have to be there while they worked.

comments

While sanding with the last paper any holes that appear have to be puttied after the finish is applied. Otherwise you will have putty smudges on the finished floor or you would have to sand it again to remove the putty from the raw floor.
