I had B&G Hardwood out to get a bid on refinishing a floor before we sold the house. George, the owner, took a look and said the floors were in pretty good shape for a sale and he would leave as they were and let the new owner make the choice as to how the floors would be stained, etc.! I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but the sales agent said he was right. He did give me a bid if I wished to go forward that was quite reasonable. This is a great company.
