Scott came out the week before our cleaning just to make sure he got us the most accurate price. He was prompt for that appointment. The day of our scheduled cleaning he arrived exactly as scheduled and got right to work....after he greeted our dog who loved him from the first meeting. He did an amazing job and was so professional and respectful of our home and things. I will definitely use BCC for my next cleaning and would HIGHLY recommend Scott! Plus he loved our dog "almost" as much as we do.
