I rate Brothers Cleaning Services a five on everything! They explained to me what the procedure was and why the hot extraction method was better than soap. He informed me that soap molecules attract dirt after carpet cleaning, which I never knew. It's all the extra things they did like cleaning my doormat for free and suggesting how I could repair my carpet where it was frazzling. They were so helpful!
