Our kitchen sink clogged up and after I worked on it for 2 hours with a 25' hand-snake, I gave up and started calling plumbers for help. Ross from Pride called me back 5 minutes after I left a message. He said he could have someone there within 30 minutes. I agreed, but my first thought was "yeah, right". But as he promised, within a half-hour Keith was at my door.
Keith was respectful of my home, was personable, and very thorough in ensuring the job was complete before he left. This is especially reassuring on a Friday evening after hours, when he has 2-3 more jobs to complete before he can go home!

I will absolutely be calling Pride Plumbing first from now on!
