Read this before you call--Horrible experience
I contacted this group because they had a nice website, and the staff was friendly when I called ("How can I make you smile?" is a little cheesy, but fine). There was a $59 fee to come out to the house. Again, this was expected and fine. The electrician proceeds to tell me that it will cost a minimum of $400+ to run some vague "diagnostic" tests that determine the cause of the problem "90 of the time." This, of course, did not cover the price of the repair. I declined his test. My neighbor, who is handy, but by no means a certified electrician, looked at our breaker box and advised that we needed a few breakers replaced that were being overloaded. Total cost? Less than $10. So, either my untrained neighbor knows more than their certified electrician, or they were way overcharging for a simple problem. You decide. I'm not sure which is worse.
