I would like to commend Onna and George on their profession behavior. George was very knowledgable and helpful in his suggestions. Onna was unusually enthusiastic and was a pleasure to deal with even over the phone. Having conducted a Human Resources Management in the United States Air Force I would say that she is a tremendous asset to your company. Her position in your company should be secure. Additionally, based upon my experience, more influential positions should be offered her at the soonest opportunity.
