Called for an estimate

I was scheduling an estimate and they wanted to charge me, just to come look at the job. After I told the lady on the phone I just needed an estimate at this time. She HUNG UP on me! This is the least professional company I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of general contracting!!!!

I am sorry that you felt I had hung up on you. I apparently mis-understood you when you said that you couldn't get into the house tomorrow and that you didn't want to pay for an esitmate to install wiring for a spa.
