I called AAA at 10:15 Sunday night because one of the electrical circuits in our home had gone out. Ed actually answered the phone and made an appointment for the next afternoon. As promised, he called twenty minutes before arriving. Not only did he diligently search for a defective switch that caused the outage, but he completely cleaned up and put everything back together, including vaccuuming. We'll use him and refer to him in the future.
