This was my first time using this company. I signed up for their "Spring Cleaning" but it wasn't what I expected. I think when I scheduled the cleaning, I should have been asked what type of floors I have so the housekeepers have the right products when they come to clean. They didn't clean my windows. It was a few other things that weren't done and I feel like I probably got their regular cleaning vs a spring cleaning. I'm going to give them another chance because the ladies were really nice. The company needs to have a checklist so that nothing is missed and their customers can sign off on it.
