I had some work done on our Toyota and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Apparently the parts took a bit longer to get there than planned. I was two days longer than anticipated. That wasn't a big issue, since they provided me with a loaner in the meantime. I don't give them a 5 because it seemed as though I was interrupting their business when I asked a question at the front desk. The receptionist was not particulary friendly. She wasn't by any means rude or hostile, just didn't make you feel very welcome.
The man that wrote up the quote, Jack, was nice enough. One thing that was requested by me was overlooked or forgotten. The car did come back washed and vacuumed and looked quite nice.
I would bring my car back to them, but probably wouldn't send them a Christmas card next year.
